Welcome to WorkHourly. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these terms.

1. App Usage

WorkHourly is a time tracking application designed for professional use. You may use the app to:

• Track work hours and calculate earnings
• Manage multiple clients and projects
• Generate reports and invoices
• Document work with notes and photos

2. Your Data

Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have servers and cannot access your data.

iCloud Sync: Pro users can enable iCloud sync. This data is encrypted and stored in your private iCloud container, accessible only with your Apple ID.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up your data and maintaining the accuracy of your time records.

3. Pro Features

Some features require a Pro upgrade, available as:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• Lifetime purchase

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app lawfully and professionally
• Maintain accurate time records
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not reverse engineer or modify the app

5. Limitations

No Warranty: The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data or earnings.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
