Your privacy is fundamental to WorkHourly. We built our app to work without collecting any personal data.

1. No Data Collection

We don't collect, store, or have access to any of your data.

• No servers or cloud infrastructure
• No analytics or tracking
• No user accounts or sign-ups
• No advertising networks

2. Local Data Storage

All your data stays on your device:

• Work records: Time entries, clients, and schedules
• Financial data: Rates, earnings, and expenses
• Documents: Notes, photos, and generated reports

This data is stored in your device's secure container, protected by iOS security features.

3. iCloud Sync (Pro Feature)

If you enable iCloud sync:

• Data syncs through your private iCloud account
• Only you can access it with your Apple ID
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We cannot see or access your iCloud data

4. Permissions We Request

Photos: To attach photos to work records. Photos remain in the app's container.

Notifications: For work reminders. All notifications are scheduled locally.

Camera (optional): To take photos directly within the app.

5. Data You Control

You have complete control:

• Export your data anytime as PDF reports
• Delete any record instantly
• Remove the app to delete all local data
• Disable iCloud sync anytime in Settings

6. Third-Party Services

Apple Services: We use standard iOS features (iCloud, StoreKit) which are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

No Other Third Parties: We don't use any analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services.

7. Children's Privacy

WorkHourly is designed for professional use and is not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll notify you through the app. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Your Rights

Since we don't collect data, traditional data rights (access, deletion, portability) don't apply. Your data is already under your full control.
